- The 50 and 76 mm diameters are constructed with synthetic resin chuck reinforced with 30% fiberglass, Zirconia abrasive grain cotton cloth lamellas strongly bonded to the chuck with epoxy resin.
- The 115 mm diameter has a 100% fiberglass disc with a 22 mm central hole for direct coupling to angle grinders.
- The 50 and 76 mm have an integrated coupling system in the chuck for quick disc exchange (Compatible with the 3M Roloc Type R system).
- Consistent performance throughout its lifetime, thanks to the position of the flaps, which, in their wear, always shows new abrasive
- The length and the position of the flaps allow the centrifugal force of the machine to spread them, forming an air cushion that reduces scratching, heating and also allows to treat angles up to 90º with a perfect finish.
- The abrasive allows a fast roughing, then the cloth polishes getting a finish that reduces the preparation time for painting It does not mark the sheet metal, it avoids puttying.
