Cobra AA battery tray for VHF

The Cobra battery tray is an accessory designed to power portable VHF radios using AA batteries, providing an alternative to the rechargeable battery.

It allows the radio to remain operational in situations where recharging is not possible, such as long voyages or emergencies.

It is particularly useful as an energy backup system to ensure continuous communication on board.

It should be noted that using this tray eliminates the equipment's buoyancy, affecting one of its safety features.
