Spinlock Deckvest Vito 170N with AFS Spec

A high-performance lifejacket with a built-in harness, made for offshore, coastal and cruising sailing. This is the 2026 update of the VITO range. It combines the AFS flotation system with the HRS™ Harness Release System, which comes as standard.

Buoyancy and construction
170N buoyancy, with automatic inflation.
AFS (Advanced Flotation System): the inflation chamber is formed by the sewn outer shell, shaped in 3D to fit close to the body.
Low-profile bladder: smaller, lighter and softer than traditional 2D welded bladders. Spinlock says it turns the wearer over better, keeps them higher out of the water and holds them more steadily.
Improved structured sprayhood, to reduce the risk of secondary drowning.
Durable rip-stop fabric.
Fit and fastening
Deckvest 6D-style button fastening.
Structured fit with a single adjustment point and a simple buckle.
40 mm leg strap that can be stowed when not in use.
Weight: 1.24 kg (2 lb 12 oz).
Inflation and harness
Hammar® hydrostatic automatic inflator, mounted on the back so it doesn’t snag.
Built-in harness with HRS™ (Harness Release System), standard on every VITO.
Lights and visibility
Pylon™ lifejacket light fitted, compliant with ISO 12402-8.
Lume-On™ lights fitted, which light up the bladder.
High-visibility pink and yellow colours, which Spinlock says are easier to see at a distance.
Attachments and connections
Built-in attachment points for beacons. Approved for fitting a personal locator beacon (PLB).
Central loops for man-overboard (MOB) alert devices or remote steering devices.
Toggle point for the optional Chest Pack (DW-PCC).
