Cylindrical antivibration rubber damper.This model can be loaded in compression or shear, or a combination of both (never traction) for protection from severe vibrations, shocks and noises.Antivibration dampers consisting of two parallel metal plates bonded to a cylinder shaped rubber inset and of a twin threaded stud bobbins.High quality natural rubber compounds are employed to produce this dampers, and the mountings should not be exposed to hydrocarbons.The mechanical characteristics of these cylindrical dampers can differ due to the hardness tolerances of the elastomers.
