Cressi Fins Agua yellow 35/36

AGUA is Cressi's latest creation in high-end fins for beginners, snorkeling and finswimming.

Made with the same materials as the more technical range: polypropylene for the blade and very flexible thermoplastic rubber for the foot pocket and longitudinal ribs. Polypropylene is a material inherited from professional freediving fins. It is light, resistant and has as its main dynamic characteristic the rapid elastic return of the racket that translates into a fluid, agile and effective flapping. It has a much higher stress/performance ratio than rubber (natural or thermoplastic), polyurethane or EVA. It also has a great resistance to breakage to the point that Cressi guarantees it for life for sports use.

The extremely comfortable foot pocket is in line with the blade and transmits all the effort generated by flapping without energy loss through soft areas. This format allows water to be channeled from the ankle itself to the end edge of the blade, unlike traditional models, in which the foot pocket has no contribution to the advance. Reinforced in the upper area by an additional thickness and laterally by two polypropylene extensions from the blade to prevent energy dispersion and making the transmission of the foot/foot pocket/blade force direct and precise.

The interior space of the foot pocket is extremely anatomical as it has been carefully designed by computer, applying thousands of measurements to configure anatomically ideal volumes. It guarantees a perfect transmission of the leg/foot/racket force.

The completely rigid sole to prevent cramps and transmit the effort without energy loss through elastic areas. It has heat-welded non-slip inserts.

The fin structure places the foot accommodation under the blade, which is fully protected from possible blows or rubbing against the bottom and prolongs the useful surface of the blade above the instep. The integrated foot pocket at mid-height of the blade improves hydrodynamics and balances the effectiveness of positive and negative finning.
