Loctite 496 Instant Adhesive for metals 20g

LOCTITE® 496 is a single-component methyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive designed to provide fast, strong and precise bonding in industrial and maintenance applications. Its very low viscosity enables excellent penetration into narrow gaps, making it particularly suitable for bonding close-fitting parts and metal components.

This transparent adhesive delivers extremely fast fixture times of between 10 and 30 seconds, helping to reduce assembly times and improve productivity in manufacturing processes. In addition to metals, it can be used on a wide range of materials including rubbers, elastomers and plastics. For difficult-to-bond materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and PTFE, the use of a suitable primer such as LOCTITE® SF 770 is recommended.
