Simson MSR Construction Adhesive sskf is a fast curing, always elastic, 1-component construction adhesive based on silyl modified polymer (SMP) specially developed for bonding and sealing in the yacht and boat building industry. Simson MSR Construction Adhesive sskf has been tested and certified as compliant with the International Maritime Organization's fire test procedures in terms of surface flammability, resolution A.653 (16), and has been approved for use on walls, ceilings and floors.

Bonding/sealing in marine applications, where adhesion and deformability must meet extreme requirements. Typical applications include:

•   Thrust edge bonding.
•   Bonding and sealing of deck fasteners.
•   Bonding of deck coverings.
•   Bonding of sheeting.
•   Bonding and sealing of deck/hull joints.
•   Bonding of deck hatches, portholes, and norais.
•   As a waterproofing sealant whenever higher initial strength is required (a low film-forming speed version is recommended).
